Bregman could seem to make an error at the most inopportune time. Thompson seems to make a great play at the most opportune time.
Bregman was better than Thompson at opportune times, inopportune times, tea times and anytime.

100%. Said it last year and it holds true. When he doesn’t think and just does, he is really good
This is just not true. Most of his errors come because he is hurrying. Last night, for example, he overthrew first trying to hurry a throw. It wasn’t ruled an error, but it should have been. When he fielded grounders, and had plenty of time, he slowed down and made good throws.
I would say most of his errors come when he has plenty of time, but he rushes it anyway. And I think part of his improvement has been to recognize when he has time and can slow down and get his mechanics right.

Honestly I had offers from what you call mid major schools.. drafted in the 14th roundI .. got my high school sweetheart pregnant got married went to work in the plants.. got divorced.. remarried a woman 14 year’s younger than me.. been together 17 years now.. oh that kid I had is my only one and was the best thing that happened to me. I have no regrets
That’s great and all, but you didn’t play 120ish games at 3B and only make a single error in high school.
