It should be all be changed by sunday, the talent is there and fully aware.I don't buy that "the team has quit because of Les last year ending",because players play to win, don't even need a audience watching. If Les can get victory in the trenches, to a degree , get the youngters to take care of their resposibilities first and foremost, and get Mett not to be careless, he'll be a good coach come sunday morning.Not that difficult given they know how important this next game is.
