It's the Louisiana Sports Curse.
A Hermit who lived in the marshes south of New Orleans feared that the rise of Sports in La. would cause the distraction of some of the Faithful. So the Hermit placed a Curse on La. Sports and the Tigers and Saints in particular: for every single GOOD thing to happen to the Tigers or Saints, THREE BAD things will happen to them.
If you look at the history of the Tigers and Saints very carefully, you'll see that the old Hermit's Curse is very much in effect.
PS The Hermit was a Tulane fan, so, the curse doesn't apply to Tulane (nothing good ever happens to them, anyway).

Not going to take a turd, put powdered sugar on it, and call it a donut. The article appears pretty damning, and WW will have some explaining to do. Obviously I hope it does not impact his tenure at LSU. Whole thing stinks.

Eh the article provides nothing really new. Unless there is something concrete they are holding on to then this won't result in anything big.

I cant wait to hear CWW's answer on the question of what is the difference between a scholarship offer and a "expletive" strong scholarship offer for a 2-3 yr guy.
He's got several months to prepare for these types of questions? Would he dare lie?
LSU all of a sudden going to 4th overall in recruiting certainly reminded me of Freeze at Ole Miss.
But who knows and who cares right now. Thats for another day. This board will be full of that kinda talk down the road.
These kids are a special group and are a blast to watch. Lets enjoy the ride for now. If its close late, Im taking these dudes and their coach against anyone.
