It's both especially when trying to close a tough opponent out. The bigger the lead the more 3's and selfish plays (forced plays) they try to make offensively usually resulting in a dwindling lead. It's all mental and they need to be more focused in those moments of a game.

Just because we don't run a motion offense doesn't mean we play street ball.

I think Wade's lack of "playing experience" hurts the decision making.
I do not care who you are, learning from playing and learning from books, etc is not the same....
Sometimes you must draw from experience and he does not have it....specially important when trying to demonstrate finite points of the game to actual players
