They added to some asst to be able to go on the road, used to be only on field coaches could.

When you apply context to it, it is thought out well. You're example isn't.
Jimbo didn't win a national championship as the coach of our school nor did he grow up as a fan of our school. so in that scenario you would have a point.
But if you don't try to overthink everything and accept that the post you were responding to was only referencing this situation that is unique to this school, then you would realize that the first part of your post is pointless and you could have just started your post with the second paragraph, where you like the hire and agree with the poster you responded to.
As I said when we originally hired Orgeron as our Head Coach: I see only great outcomes from this hire.
