Trey Green goes down, and now we’re razor thin at TE.
Screw the SEC for railroading us into leaving him off the team while simultaneously allowing Ole Miss to play their ineligible Heisman-caliber QB. Also screw the SEC for not going after Vanderbilt and Diego Pavia last year.
Time for Malachi Thomas, Zach Grace, and Roman Mothershed to step up.

If we really wanted a stud TE to backup TDG we would have gotten one in the offseason.
Lets be real...its a lot easier to say it now but if we wanted an insurance policy we had ample time to go out and buy one.

You think these other teams are just gonna let a top TE in the country go? Trying to pluck another power 4 teams elite players is a lot harder than you think.
Hence why even the so called “best” players in the transfer portal every year are usually just pretty good at best. Teams aren’t going to let their elite players just walk without offering a ridiculous bag to keep them. That’s why you never see “elite” players in the portal hardly
