I think what would have been considered cheating 5 years ago is no longer so the perception has changed fairly dramatically....but I'll say most of the best teams the last several years that I can think of absolutely have - and it's well known by everyone - Duke, Kansas, UNC, Auburn, Houston, Louisville - I could go on but those are just the one's that we know good and well have.
If you would name some that haven't I bet we could find something that would put that into question.
