Maybe Miles biggest win also. What if he was ready to quit coaching, if he resigned he lost the buy out. If he did a shitty job he gets fired and keeps the buy out money. He adds Peveto and Steele and maintins his consistent offensive philosophy and bigo he hits the jackpot.

He doesn't get paid to love his job. This is a business. Just like every other executive employee in the country, if you don't perform at a high level, you set yourself up to be let go.
