The issue is that these people are unhappy people who use the reflected glory of the success of their coach as a source of superficial happiness, only to blame their unhappiness on the termination of that coach.

Such negativity, such unhappiness, such a fail. Talking points have reached a new low, so ... FIFY

in 15 days, Miles went from 7-0 to 7-3 with 3 embarrassing losses, something that we haven't seen since the 90's.

Remember the 90's don't you? Bc this shite is reminding us of it.

Thus team went from 7-0 with a Heisman frontrunner to 7-3, losing 3 conference games in a row by double digits. It seems to me that this board is just following suit.

Nothing but pitchforks and torches on here right now

I'm hoping folks are just lighting their pitchforks on fire to use them as the torches. First, it will give much needed light as we assault the beast, because we know he's afraid of fire. Second, it'll heat the metal part to incredible temperatures, which we can then launch via trebuchet into the beast's lair like lava darts. They'll pierce through his protective blubber and liquefy his insides, finally giving us the relief and security we need.

Couldn't have said it better, if at all.

Simply an assumption on your part, cannot say 'right' either.

Of course, the product on the field had nothing to do with that. Oh that's right, we're only on a historic 3 game losing streak.

You guys make some good pts that contribute to this collapse. But what about 1 D lineman against syr orange lined up off side most of the game and evn though the zebras wernt flagging it. The lsu pressbox coaches didnt correct it
2 The 2 delay game flags bk to back
3 2 procedure penalties bk to bk
4 this is not new
5. Im sorry but the slu and ull s of the world make far less organizational errors than we do

Nothing but pitchforks and torches on here right now.

Shame

No shame here. I have been a Miles supporter through all the years of bashing he has gotten. LSU is having better than 50% seasons but is it what we are striving for?

If it were me (which it is not), I would give Miles one more year unless a dream coach was on the table. I am tired in living under Bama's shadow since Saban. With all the talent we have had, Miles has NOT done the most with them. We have so many players in the NFL and cannot win the big games and frankly the smaller ones like Arkansas and Ole Miss.

At this point, if Les doesn't properly hire assistant coaches and give them full authority of their positions, he needs to go in to retirement while he is doing okay.
