I AGREED with you that if you played past HS that your opinions on the college game are probably more valid than someone that didn't.
I said that anybody that is a fan of the game and takes some time to learn the game can be knowledgeable and can have valid opinions on strategy. Just bc someone didn't play at the college level doesn't automatically make their opinions invalid
I was making fun of the people that come here spouting off how much baseball knowledge they have bc they made the all-district team in HS.

80% of poeple who post here are clueless about the sport they are ranting about. get over it. If you want someone to talk to about the game that is on your level, find a group of friends. Dont go to mcdonalds and bitch about the quality of the food

I wish people would stop starting topics solely dedicated to criticizing anonymous internet sports board posters over their lack of knowledge of a game played by adults.

Of course. This one specific game but it's indicative of a larger problem that's been going on for a few years now. People are frustrated with it. It's understandable

I kind of agree. There is a working knowledge of the game by alot of posters, but unlike football, they dont watch it outside of lsu to gain a perspective on the talent levels and parity of division 1 as a whole. Or at the least keep up with other teams scores.
