It really was. AND Eaux still went 9-4 and 6-2 SEC and played Notre Dame in a bowl game. Talk about overcoming all odds for the Eaux.

That’s so much sadder than a run of the mill “moral victory”. Moral victory to me is something like “yeah it was a disappointing season but we have some great players coming back and we aren’t that far off”, etc., etc. What Ree is doing is trying to convince everyone that what we did last year was actually great and an acceptable norm

I'm not blaming Aranda. I think it was a good hire at the time. It didn't work out later but it was not a bad hire at the time it happened.

it doesn’t matter how it looks the day he’s hired. The hire is based on results and the way O and Canada bickered like little bitches all year and the offense looking like shite yet again and Canada being let go makes It a terrible hire

What is the acceptable norm for a first year coach who played over 30 true and RS freshmen and had two true freshmen olinemen playing the majority of the season with an offense that was 103rd in scoring in the redzone?

You don’t even realize how tangled up you’ve become in your own narratives. You’re constantly arguing against your own points. It’s amazing to watch. Keep it up pls

No? Just 20/20 hindsight after the hire is used to judge the employment of Matt Canada?

Is there any proof or evidence of this?

NO, it makes it a terrific fire.

yea it’s great having to fire a first year coach and having him collect checks from LSU while he coaches somewhere else. Yea great job O firing your horrible hire. It’s great having the team learn their third offensive system in three years. Great job O

Are you trying so hard to stick to a narrative that you are complaining about wins?

"Yeah we won all those games but the teams weren't that good". Who the "F" cares. LSU won. Idiot Rantards are the only people I have seen bitch about wins like they were a bad thing. You have a screw loose.

no he’s complaining because O beat one team that was any good. Playing teams with a pulse seem to give O hell.

That was a question dumbass. You guys are so blinded by your hatred you can't even read simple English. Either that or just can't read or comprehend what you are reading.

You’d have a legit gripe if we had finished 11-2 or 12-1 or something and people then tried to shite on the season. In that case id be right there with you. But, when you go 9-4 with losses to Troy and State and a weak bowl loss, it’s a little harder to pretend like last year was some resounding success considering how weak our schedule was
