It makes it seem like he knew he didn't have the personnel to run a pro-style offense, yet did it anyway.
He didn’t have the personnel to run ANY offense. There is no section in the coaches’ manual titled “Offenses that work even if your line is young and ineffective.”

The other side can't acknowledge that at all because then they wouldn't be able to blame everything 100% on the coaches. Plus they wouldn't get to shite on the scheme as much. Although the team was severely hampered by personnel this past season. Rosenthal and Wire will be pushing for playing time the others will have to up their game or lose their spot.

Rodger-" its all a talent issue. Our talent is overrated and average at best. We will be better next year because we return the same talent im shitting on".

Was troy more talented than lsu in 2017?

Roger thinks troy had more talent than lsu.

I’m just seeing this so very late to the thread, but in order to be “special” we have to go 11-1. Period.
10-2 is always the bar for a good season, but seeing as how we failed to reach that attainable goal in year 1 and 2 (not to mention losing out on the Sugar in 16), the window for 10-2 to mean something is already passed.
With everyone coming back and a very favorable schedule, we have to make real noise to get into the CFP and that simply won’t happen at 10-2.
If we don’t make the run in 2019 the excuses in 2020 will be endless with losing Burrow and all these other seniors.
That means maybe 2021 before we have a legit shot??
Five years after Miles was fired is just stupid to think that’s how long it would take to get back to the CFP picture.
If we get left out at 11-1 that’s ok. That’s doing everything reasonably expected to give the team and program a chance.
But 10-2 I’m sorry is just not.
It would be a nice, enjoyable season, but not a season where we actually competed for the real goals thus program has had for almost 20 years now.
To be truly special, we have to win every game but Alabama.
Then let the chips fall where they may.
And if we beat Alabama and lose to someone else we probably still win the West anyway.
11-1, lets make 2019 special

Undrafted oline arent good. Just ask lester earl.

0 is the greatest recruiter but the players suck but they’ll be awesome next year, next year comes the players suck again but 0 is killing it on the recruiting trail we’ll be awesome next year. This is their retarted loop and it’s impossible to talk sense to someone who tricks themselves into this way of thinking. These two dolts must be Shannon Sharpes twin sons.

Why would i need to change my stance when you blame all offensive production on talent?
You in every offensive thread- all we need is more talent. Our offensive talent was overrated and average at best.
Why would i need a different response to the same football ignorant opinions that you and other sycophants spout?
Hey rodge....
Tell us more about scheme being important when you have less polished offensive talent and in the same thread bash our offensive talent.

And they have the audacity to claim other posters are posting the same shite over and over.
Their stance on offensive production is the same exact opinion in every thread. Shitting on lsu players and yet they want different opinions when rebuking their player bashing.
It would be comical if it werent so pathetic.

Thats no my opinion.
Thats lesterearl's opinion.
He said drafted olineman from lsu werent good.
Did you catch a rentacop balls deep in some girl you loved?
Did some rentacop beat the shite out of you last week?
A rentacop must be the profession you deem better than you.

Especially since the mantra was," miles is the only thing holding lsu back from winning titles " and O publicly stated 2017 team was going to the playoffs.
