Except they were ranked the same time the rankings came out where they dropped us that much. Wouldn’t you think they would then consider Kentucky’s most up-to-do date ranking when giving LSU’s most up-to-date ranking? And even before that, Kentucky was basically borderline #25 and had just barely dropped out the rankings the week before.

Needless to say, it just shows how utterly dumb, ignorant, and ridiculous these pollsters are and I’m glad these aren’t the rankings that determine the final playoff seeding, even though I do think the playoff committee has similar bias and favoritism. The BCS was the gold standard and I really think they should start using it again.
