If you're determined to have a crazy mother fricker run your program (Les Miles, Ed Orgeron) you should at least hire a crazy mother fricker who can coach (Mike Leach). Aye, aye captain, I'm on board!

What about chad Morris ? Keep In mind if a change is made after one year we would need someone who is an up and comer where Lsu would not have to pay a ton of $. Diamond in the rough so to speak. A offensive minded coach will be crucial considering the last decade. And someone who will have the ability and time to rebuild. I Promise if the next coaxh scores a ton with a modern offense but loses 3-4 games his first few years I could see Lsu Nation be more patient. My God I watch a&m and arky with envy. So entertaining.
