Here's How I rank the teams ... I think Tigerdroppings Top 25 smells

Reason: Oklahoma ... Oklahoma ... Oklahoma

Get off the Oklahoma bandwagon

Here's Ramah's Top 10

Rank... Team... Points
1... LSU (1) ... Mel Kiper say "LSU is #1 until someone beats them. I agree with the man. That statement is an undeniable FACT.
2... Georgia (6)
3... Florida (7) ... Injuries
4... Missouri (1)
5... USC (3)
6... West Virginia (1)
7... Ohio State (19)
8... Oklahoma (6)
9... Texas ... Watch out for Texas!!!
10... Auburn/Texas Tech ... Tie

You realize Mel Kiper is a draft analyst right?

It is absurd that to think that this year's team is #1 because last year's team was #1.

It sure wouldn't be Ohio St. (maybe Georgia).

Since you like throwing that defense stats out there SFP, what was the average offense rank of the teams they each played? I'm willing to bet the offenses Mizzou and Florida faced were ranked a tad higher than what WVU faced? Hence the better defense ranking because the played lower ranked offenses?

so explain to me why a first place vote going to Mizzou is taboo?

I wasn't commenting on your retarded Mizzou vote but on SFP's retarded WVU's explanation of their D ranking.

Maybe tomorrow I'll deal with you

I voted Ohio St. #1, based on overall talent, adn the fact that they have the least amount of question marks of any of the top teams. For me it don't matter, every weeks poll is a brand new entitiy. I don't just look at where I had teams the week before and move them up if they win or down if they lose.

Just go look through my post history and you'll see my attempt to justify my vote. That's what polls are anyway. Opinions. I've been arguing my case for a month now. If I'm wrong, I'm not going anywhere. I'll be here to take my lumps. I voted Mizzou barely over OSU because I think Mizzou has an offense that would outscore Ohio St. if it turned out to be a shootout..

It's really just 12 pages of Derby arguing against SFP, and that kid Bayou something and OoOooo bitching that they could do better.

If I remember correctly, The Rant didn't care too much about the poll last year either.

True. I never really understood it. I thought the Rant would be rabid to rail against OSU at #1

Well, we know people are looking at it. The voters are the ones that really are discussing it. No one ccared last year because it wasn't very consistent and voters stopped voting.
