The fact that so many people voted Ohio State #1 is an absolute joke.

And every year at the end of the season when Ohio State gets absolutely crushed by a real team from the SEC, we see that the teams like Wisconsin and MSU weren't that good after all.

If by every season you mean the last two then you would be correct. OSU also has a 4-2 BCS record with a national championship, but I guess that occurred when you were still in diapers. Did you know that football exists not only outside of the SEC but has been going on a lot longer than 2007 when you first tuned in?

Dude we are cool. I am just saying that I don't think they're #1. I do think they are top 3 and have a great shot at the NC game though.

Their only real question is whether or not Boeckman can make a play or two. All he needs to do is be Matt Mauck.

Don't forget about Terrelle Pryor. Tressel is usually close-lipped about incoming freshman but he's already said that he will play.

West Virginia gets beat by Ohio State, Georgia, Southern Cal, Florida, LSU, and and maybe Missouri right now on a neutral site.

how?

UF and Mizzou have no defense, and even with this game being a shootout, WV's D was better last year

USC has an injured QB and a guy who has no experience other than being shitty as a true freshman. their D could possibly slow down WV, but how would USC's offense do?

LSU is the same as USC, but with bigger question marks at QB and D (we can't stop the option in any form)

UGA? no way

Good luck making that point. It's like telling the ACC that there's basketball outside their conference.v

So you didn't include it next to a post I made to infer that I'm one of the "chosen few"

Since you like throwing that defense stats out there SFP, what was the average offense rank of the teams they each played? I'm willing to bet the offenses Mizzou and Florida faced were ranked a tad higher than what WVU faced? Hence the better defense ranking because the played lower ranked offenses?

Where's Kelly gonna go?

the coaching carousel spins annually, you know that

Penn State, Arizona, Syracuse, etc. are a few that come to mind... and all it takes are a few firings to start the musical chairs

Kelly will be in high demand being a child of the spread
