You must be buying these retail and then marking them up. Need to buy from a wholesaler. I can get a Gildan 8000 or Port and Company PC55 for $2.05 each. As long as I’m doing at least 72 shirts my screen charges are waived. The charge for the actual printing of 3 colors, one location is $1.65. My total cost would be 3.70 and I would sell it to my customer for 8.95 for roughly a 59% GP. Now the Bella brand tee is a little more but even if you are buying it retail, screenprinted for $14, you are still pretty high on your price.
