I'll tell you the real reason.
Through a 7 game stretch last year, Jefferson did not throw a TD pass, and threw 5 INTs.
Lee has already eclipsed Jefferson's TD passes from the ENTIRE YEAR last year.
Blame it on Crowton if you want, but the better PASSER is Lee.
Jefferson gives you the better running attack, but is horrid at reads, and timing patterns.

I agree. the offence seems too random with Jefferson at QB. I enjoy the pro style offence with LEE more.

Les Miles was enamoured to a "plus 1" quarterback. Miles and I disagree on whether Jordan is a "plus 1" quarterback is where the rubber meets the road.

LSU could win out and win the NC and people on this board would still find things to bitch about when it comes to JJ and JL

The real reason is that most fans understand that this team has a chemistry and an ability to score 30+ points per game.
Couple this offense with our defense and LSU could very well go undefeated and win the MNC.
Adding JJ, IMO, screws with the chemistry of the team and jeapardizes the potential championship season more than it could possibly help.

You don't even know how they will use him yet. Just let it play out.
FWIW I agree Lee is a better QB, but don't kick the guy to the curb based on what may happen.
