Critical race theorists hold that racism is inherent in the law and legal institutions of the United States insofar as they function to create and maintain social, economic, and political inequalities between whites and nonwhites, especially African Americans.

You aren’t sure how this is a bad thing?

Even with your watered down version it’s extremely disturbing. That translates to meaning that if black people are arrested more than white people the justice system is racist and needs to be torn down. They have clearly stated this.

Have you read X Kendi’s book?

Oh FFS do you anti-vax yahoos actually believe you are influencing public policy?

Louisiana went from the highest hospitalization rate on the planet to the lowest rate in the country over the course of a few months... Mask requirements and other restrictions were eased in response to actual medical public health data, not a financial ledger line.

But you're OK with indoctrinating everybody into perpetuating the systemic racism thing, though?

So you believe that he has disavowed his views on racism because he has supported his university's athletic department?

Haha, project much?

I heard from someone at LSU that Tate got rid of the office of Diversity. Broke it up and moved it down a level. Certainly not the trend among universities.

It didn’t have anything to do with his color you pussy. People bashed F King even worse than Tate for being a woke piece of shite.

Tate’s resume is littered with CRT nonsense. Maybe he has changed his beliefs, I’m ok with that, but the criticism was well founded and based on his beliefs not his color no matter how much you want racists to exist so you feel better about yourself.

CRT? Maybe some of you have never been to college so I will explain. CRT is usually a graduate-level course or taught in Law Schools. It's not taught in K-12. It's not shoved down anyone's throats it's a choice.

But don't let facts get in the way of your...

You still don’t get it

It’s because you haven’t actually read anything from the source. You are just parroting whatever you hear as a talking point.

ANYTHING that results in unequal outcomes between races is racist. according to CRT

That means the judge could be a fricking computer program that distributed sentences based strictly on fact. There is no way it could know your skin color. If that computer resulted in more black people in prison then it’s a racist computer and that system needs to be torn down.

Do you get it now?

You haven’t asked yourself why they are against capitalism? How could capitalism be racist? It’s because black people earn less in the current capitalist system, that means capitalism is racist and needs to end. Never mind that when you control for education, poverty, etc. they have comparable incomes.

GTF out of here with that racist BS. I’m very critical of his CRT position, and I’m no racist. I just don’t like communism. Period.

You are asleep at the wheel my friend

X Kendi is CRT’s poster child. Jack Dorsey gave him $10million to promote his ideas.

The terms: anti racist, equity, systemic racism, etc. Is all part of CRT. Sure there are more academic studies that you can get into but the core arguments are boiled down into these now ubiquitous terms that are invading every part of your life wether you want to believe it or not.
