Alabama has no idea the drop off that is about to happen. No concept.

Saban should have announced his retirement on Christmas Eve.

Actually don’t think the drop off will be that big. When he left us Les Miles all of a sudden didn’t become a great coach but road the Saban wave and how propped up LSU was at the time.

I feel like bama will ride that wave even further being that he was there a lot longer. Although NIL has changed the landscape quite a bit, I feel like bama will hire a good coach and he too will ride that bama wave.

Actually, with the free-for-all transfer portal, the Bama dynasty could come crashing down faster than most people think. The whole team could literally be playing somewhere else next season.

They got any DL's? Kidding... not really

But flip flops makes a good point too. They aren't going to get some chump, they're going to go buy their version of BK. Just like we did.

Eta. I'd have my butt puckered if I was an Ole Miss fan.

No transfer portal when Les took over.

Well Alabama is light years ahead of “the Ferrari” he left at LSU and half the rant is convinced a semi-functional monkey won an NC in BR three years after he left doing absolutely nothing, so Tide fans should be fine for another decade or so.

Truth. BK basically won 20 games in 2 years with zero of Orgeron’s players. That’s not how it worked in 2005.
