Complaining about the way these helmets look is much dumber than discussing jerseys, IMO, FWIW.

Looks like we're copying FLA.

Or copying my high school football team.

I wore a revolution my senior season. The new helmets are to protect against concussions better, not to look cool

to be honest though i wore the revos for two of my years in high school, and they were the coolest. Around my area of high school football, every team was full of these helmets, i think it's just the modern age of football, and these are thought by the younger crowd as cool looking. But they also really protect your head better.

Guys, these helmets are much better for many reasons. The newest variety actually improves peripheral vision.

I'm sure there were a ton of old timers who preferred the leather helmets, and a bunch who preferred no facemasks.

Next step it to change the face masks so that fingers don't get broken, which happens quite a bit.

Jesus H. Christ, the fail in this thread is hilarious. Charles Scott is not THAT big, Sam Montgomery wears #99 and #33 is our beast of a freshman fullback Dominique Allen. You people need to tighten this shite up.
