It is a good question considering the magnitude of the night. But I've gotten separated from my friends on Bourbon before. It's not that difficult. But I would say on a night like that, it should not happen.

Several posters wanted to know why that shite was posted on a sports forum and didn't get whacked.
And the thread title labeled it "sexual assault" and some posters said he should be tried for sexual assault and registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life, ankle bracelet, the whole nine. IMO rubbing your balls on the back of someone's head doesn't warrant that kind of punishment.

IMO, anyone who would do such a thing has proven he is not completely right in the head. Perhaps he needs mental help, but I'm perfectly ok with just sending the POS to jail.

This. But disagreeing with the level of punishment gets you labeled 'pro-teabag' and told you must support rape, child abuse, and all kinds of nonsense. Granted, a few people seemed to actually be pro-teabag', but they were split across team affiliation. The vast majority aren't defending his actions, just trying to put a little perspective on it. He should absolutely face some sort of punishment, but the 20 year sentence and life time sex offender status that many were calling for in the original thread, it strikes some of us as a bit draconian.
