Circumstances are pretty different, man. One is "alleged", and the other is on film. And, just for the record, if our guy is proven guilty, throw the book at him too. I have no sympathy for sex offenders, whether they're from Bama or LSU.

Well the DA in Baton Rouge will bring felony charges in a bar fight. The NOPD says they need the victim to come forward.
WWLTV just did a piece on the incident, and said the New Orleans DA's office hasn't seen the footage yet. But hope to view it tonight.
