True. Hopefully our coach this go around will take the game seriously and have his team better prepared.

Isn't the SECCG the "post-season?"

LSU was in the top tier of SEC teams when he took over. Clearly they are not right now.
By top tier do u mean first or second in the league? Because we have the third best record in the SEC in case u didnt notice.

Honestly, I wish I could write that well too. Didn't mean anything by that statement.

Miles might be a good coach, but the way i see it is to break down the coaching aspect of being a head coach. Most are either offencive minded or deffencive minded and try to help that coach with it. He wants to make sure the coaches have a game plan to win and that all the right players get on the field. He would critique them during the game and make suggestions. He would make sure we have the tools we need to win.
If we are last or at the bottom in deffence then he has to look at the coach and ask is it the players or the coach, but the same goes for the offencive coach. Is it the players or coach and that goes back to the championships in recruiting he has had the last 3 or 4 years.... so you tell me is it the players or the coach when a team with talent finishs at the bottom of all other schools?

IMO the top tier would be on par with the top teams in the league. And I think right now we fall somewhere in the middle. I don't think we are as good, obviously by the records, as Bama or Fla, but we're not as bad as Vandy, Miss State..

2 teams have better records and and how many teams in the Conference have worse records? You really are pathetic.

WTF? You are delusional.

Even IF we win 10 games but have the talent to win 12, the coach has failed!!! Moron!

You CANNOT go by wins alone, you have to go by how much talent is wasted. Without poor coaching on offense, LSU is undefeated and playing for it all, therefore, 10 wins suck sausage...

3 losses is an underacheivement for LSU with this team!!! That is how it is when you are an elite program>

I think it's almost a genius head coaching job to have close to the worst offense in the nation...a good but not great defense, and still be 9-3 in the toughest conference going to a New Year's bowl game that no one would bet against him winning.

Ya...I know he has to take responsibility for the shitty offense...but he is still the HC and not the OC. And Im sure a new OC will be hired.

No offense, but no one truly knows how talented this team truly is. Are you going by the number of 4 and 5 star players were recruited? You do realize that even highly recruited players can turn out to be busts too.

So seriously, how can you quantify the amount of talent wasted? You can't. 3 losses in a league with Alabama and Florida this year is not an underachievement.

Damn doesn't Chris Warner know that posters on TD.com would be better coaches than Les Miles and would use "all that talent" to destroy every team that chooses to face LSU?
