Typically the holding on every play is reserved for the linemen grabbing each other. This was at the QB, which is Referee’s #1 assignment until the ball is released.
But, this wasn’t the only game in which this happened. I saw several in many other games. Haven’t looked to check the Vegas line on those games…

Two fouls most likely results in two different enforcement spots and everyone needs to be on the same page as to which of the enforcement spots is the correct one and that takes discussion.

I saw this too and was yelling about it and pointing it out to my group chat, it was totally ignored by the broadcast as well
