- Tied program single-game record with four rushing touchdowns against HCU (10/7/23) and at UIW (11/4/23)
- Set a program single-season record with 103.3 yards rushing per game (2021)
- Rushed for the second-most yards in a single game in program history with 266 yards at Southeastern (11/18/21)
- 266 yards is also the most in a Southland game in team history and most vs. D1 opponent
- Ranks 4th all-time in rushing yards with 2,439 yards
- Ranks for 6th all-time with 26 rushing TDs

At John Curtis: Was a four-year starter for the Patriots… led Curtis to a 13-0 record in 2018 and a Division I state title… earned back-to-back state championship game MVPs… named MaxPreps All-Louisiana Second Team in 2019… in his senior season, rushed for 1,200 yards and 19 touchdowns, while throwing for over 700 yards and seven touchdowns… as a junior, rushed for 1,128 yards and 15 scores on 145 carries… threw for 1,096 yard and 10 TDs, completing 58 of 107 passes… rated as a two-star recruit by Rivals and 247Sports… ranked No. 113 in Louisiana by 247… No. 99 on DandyDon Top 100."

Well being from Curtis he is probably 26 years old. That man should be in NFL.
