The review also showed that the ball was going to hit him anyway. Thus he did not make a movement to get hit and therefore could not possibly have "ma[d]e a movement to intentionally get hit", which is what the rule says. Doesn't matter whether it's dropping your elbow to protect your ribs or turning your head to protect your skull with the batting helmet. If the movement isn't what gets you hit, and you're in the batter's box, the rule says it doesn't matter.

No it didn’t. There is a distinct difference in how he and Curiel react to inside pitches. A pitch like that never hits Curiel.

You keep saying he was protecting his ribs and there is no evidence of that. He wasn’t going to get hit in the ribs.

The rules say it’s a judgment as to whether the players moves to intentionally be hit. I can say it was called correctly and still think the rule should be changed. If LSU lost the CWS on Coastal doing the same with a no call, y’all would be screaming.
