Yall see Mett run an option play? 
Also, when we have Ware in the wildcat - does that have to be a pass play/Ware run or could he run the option with a FB?

If we shut down their passing game or running game they will be one dimensional as well. The defense will need the game of their lives like last year holding them to 6.
The offense just needs to stay on the field long enough to rest the defense. Then make the big plays when the come. Mett needs to be practicing deep throws to the sideline every day. Wasted opportunities for 7.

I actually like our chances if we don't turn the ball over. It will be a bruising, horrendous game with lots of 3 and outs. We need to substitute a lot of defense to try to keep those guys fresh. I'd also like to see more of someone other than Mett (Ware, Bolden) at QB to shake things up and maybe steal a score.

We can win with only 15 pass attempts. But we better complete 12 of them and average ~15 yards per reception...

^^^ Control the clock is another way of saying Sustain Drives. Three and outs will kill us against Bama.

In 2010 LSU beat Alabama 24-21.
They threw 20 passes and had 225 yards rushing.

No huddle early on for opening drive and in the 4th quarter. Saban was on record saying he doesnt like no huddle bc its "dangerous for the defensive players". if you watched the ole miss game they moved the ball on bama in the hurry up.

If this happens, I agree. LSU must have a credible passing game. Only this will make them able to run effectively. I think CLM understands this. The question is, "Can they do it?" IDK.
