also if jj can't throw the long ball then how the hell did rr catch that perfectly thrown deep ball against ole miss. I guess lee must have come in for that play.

How do you know jj doesn't find his secondary reciever. I'll love this. Tell me. How do you know.
He rarely even looks for a secondary receiver. He locks onto the receiver who eventually gets the ball, assuming he musters the courage to throw the ball. You should pick your battles. JJ is an above average runner, has a great arm, and has the potential to develop into a good QB, but only with significant improvement with his pocket presence/awareness/poise.

how many time must i say it little boy. I said a lie because i knew you would respond to it and answer the question you were dodging. You must be a teenager.

most LSU fans who watched the games this year would overwhelmingly conclude that JJ really struggled with the deep ball this year.

So did matt flynn suck? And you are spewing bullshite too. You don't know who is the first read on the play. You don't even know the play. Also you can't see his eyes so you are just saying some bullshite you heard during an nfl game. He put up better stats than matt flynn. Did matt flynn suck? Pick my battles? You sir are an idiot. Bama fans are sucking off mcelroy and him and jj had similar stats. He his a true soph with no running game and horribble blocking and just as horrible playcalling and he led us to a 9 3 record. Get a clue. Nobody is saying he is a finished product. He is 19. But he is doing thing that flynn did as a senior and half the flynn lovers wont acknowledge this.

Rooad, you and Pridetiger should quit yall's day job.
Just go over to skip bertman drive, kick the door in and take over.
Apparently you two have things figured out.
Tell them youll right the ship for half of what they pay LM and staff.
I applaud your devotion to the arguement you make.
Sometimes though you should stop, consider things that others say, reconsider your own POV and tell yourself, maybe I dont have it all figured out.
We DO NOT have shitty coaches.
They would not be at LSU if they were.
We DO NOT have shitty oline or Rbs nor is our qb shitty.
IT takes all 3 for an offense to click.
With this yrs experience I think all mentioned will be better next year.
Dont let your "fandom" of a certian player make your thoughts and posts be so biased that you make yourself look foolish, and in a nutshell thats what you have done.

It is ridiculous and unfair to JJ to compare the two. JJ is is playing nowhere near the level Flynn did, but he might be by the time that he's a senior.

idiot. I've forgot more football than you'll ever know. You came on here spewing bullshite about our qb and got owned. C ya bitch

Yes, he did. He needs to work on his deep ball, making quicker decisions and his throwing mechanics.
He has the intangibles in my opinion.
Having playcalling requiring him to take 7 step drops with 4 WR's running 30 yard routes didn't help his sack total in the least. Your playcalling should assist your personnel. Crowton did the same crap last year with JL calling 5 yard outs when JL locked onto receivers presnap - hence the numbers of INTs. Idiot playcalling towards your players weaknesses instead of strengths.

no quarrels with that. The criticisms of JJ are valid and will have to be overcome. JR, Ro, Booty, Flynn, and Mauck were playing at a much higher level with the same # of games, but to be fair to JJ, they were older, were in the program longer, and had better OL's for the most part.

how is he not playing to flynn's level? Ha ha i have to hear this. You do know that while he didn't throw as many tds he had far less int than flynn. Higher qb rating, higher completion%, higher yards per compl. And he had no running game. Flynn absolutly shite the bed in games. I guess you don't remember that we won games in spite of flynn. Bama comes to mind. He had 3 picks. In the kentucky game where everyone wants to blame the d, flyn threw for 130 with less than 50% comp. But don't let facts get in the way

what is it that, like 20 yrs ago?

Clearly same people are calling the shots and things around dear old LSU are comparable to 1990.
GTFO.
