Not sure of the percentage. Of course the o line shares responsibility.

how many of those guys managed an offense ranked better than 108th
Why is that important? I just demonstrably proved that JJ is not the reason we are 108th.

The OL failed LSU.

They are 95% of why we are ranked 108th

When you tuck the ball and run on called pass plays because you are scared to throw an interception, or don't see a wide open receiver, you are contributing to a 108th ranking.

First, we don't know how much leeway he has in checking in/out of plays.
Second, we also ran for at least 1000 yards less than we did last season. Is that also Jefferson's fault?

In your first year as a starter? Not so much as you think.

If you throw it anyway, you are Jarret Lee.

I'd set the over/under at 2.5

What about when you tuck and run because you're about to get jacked up?

Interestingly, TP is the guy I like to compare JJ to in terms of age, size, style of play and he was supposed to be the next "world-beater",but he ranks 65 to JJ's 38.

Jordan Jefferson SO 11 games 169-272 62.13% 1964yds 16td 6int
avg: 178yds 1.45 td .54 in

Greg McElroy JR 13 games 192-314 61.15% 2450yds 17td 4int
avg: 188.5yds 1.3td .3 int

If you don't think there are a myriad of factors at play and not just QB play, let's hear it.

If I made a list of people that were better at doing your job...how many pages would it take?...you need to find something else to do...

McElroy did this with a much better OLine, a much better running game, a much better OC, and much better playcalling. Yet, it's Jefferson that's our main problem on offense.

This.

I think our OL was far more talented than Bama's. They were just very poorly coached.

and theyre all on pretty mediocre teams, except masoli

amongst just soph starters, JJ was ranked:

13th of 17 - total yds
12th of 17 - TDs
15th of 17 - yds per comp
17th of 17 - sacks
15th of 17 - tot offense

And those worrying about switching to a freshman. Rankings of freshman compared to JJ:
9 FR had more yds/game
2 FR had more TDs
8 FR had more yds/comp
6 FR had more yds/att
8 FR had more yds
Only 1 FR led his team to less offensive production
