A nice campus in the mountains too.

I'm taking my son to visit. He's applied to go to school there and is waiting for an answer.

heck of a recruiting tool, would be even better if they parachuted into Alex box in front of the sell out crowd right before 1st pitch.

From my neighbor. She and her husband drove over to BR from Orlandeaux. Her son is suppose to be starting at 3rd as a freshman. I have another picture of her with her son at the same event, so I know that it is legit.

I'm not doubting its authenticity, just curious. I live in BR now but grew up on base at the AFA until I was seven and my Dad worked at the Academy. I’m jacked about this series. I can’t imagine AFA hanging with the Tigers, especially after already playing one game today, but its baseball.

sorry, this site can get me a little paranoid.
I was surprised when my neighbor said they were coming in on a C-17. thought it was "just a novice mistake," but she posted the photos and I was surprised. Thought it was just too cool.

The BR airport can handle big planes. After Katrina, there were several Mississippi Air Guard C-17's parked at BR Metro, and Air Force One B-747 as well.

They can land Air Force One in BR too. It apparently just takes good pilots.

Edit: Didn't see the post above me. My B!

That thing can land on a 1500 foot runway, look up YouTube videos of landing demos... It lands on remote, dirt runways far smaller and worse than BTR
