The defensive play calling against aTm 3rd/4th and long was baffling.

Usually you rush 4, cover deep, allow the underneath throw and make the tackle.
It look like our DBs were guarding tight at the LOS in these situations which makes it difficult to for them to sit on to the stick routes and guard deep.

Agreed. Every time we only had a three man rush, it didn’t work. QB had all day. Yet Aranda kept calling it over and over.

My only thought was that Aranda didn't fully trust some of the rotations he had to play when we had to run new people in the field with Alexander, Paris, Baskerfield etc. Maybe having an extra player in the backfield to help cover?

I didn't understand why we didn't just blitz Delpit because our secondary was not stopping them at all with the 3-man rush and our absolute best pressure package all year has been Delpit blitzing from the corner and either sacking the QB or completely messing it up because he absolutely get there.
