They were such a bunch of disingenuous assholes about that. It was CLEARLY fake, despite being a funny take on Saban's speech pattern. Hell, I got involved trying to explain to several Alabama reporters before word got out it WAS fake and they simply would not hear it! They were SURE it was real.
I knew it was fake because my cousin had written it. That's right after TigerRoar wene to the pay site and he hadn't signed up. They still had a free page on the outside and he posted it there. It was never meant to be taken literally and was not a "hoax." It was supposed to be a gag for LSU fans to laugh at an enjoy...
Oh well...
