Just watched a video of Lou Holtz arguing that the penalty was a good call. He is not one to speak on rules. How many teams in his past did he flee after his broken rules placed a team on probation?

Just like having Michael Irvin on Sunday mornings giving his thoughts on NFL Countdown. No way he should be there.

les knows we have to beat UA and AU by double digits.
les is very very smart.

i'm guessing we go over 50 vs au.

then, with the world watching, we beat ua by one point, with five bad sec calls.

then the world will know how shitty slive is.

It doesn't matter the TD got taken away. The point was still made.

Wing showed this team's Swagger.

How many people would care this much about the rule if it was against any other team?

Let's say LaMichael James did it against Cal and had a touchdown called back.

How many people on here would still be attacking this call as a bull shite call?

My guess is most people on here would be laughing at him and saying he deserved it.

I've been saying it's a horrible rule since last year when it was announced. A taunt should never take points off the board. I actually would be ok with them throwing a flag and marching off 15 yards on the kickoff but a rule that takes points off the board for celebrating is atrocious and asinine
