so after all of that research, links, and diatribe, you can't provide one person that says they were not pleased with the outcome of the 2018 season (after the season)

Since you totally missed everything including the point of my post I'm sure you would not be surprised by anything.

Only because like most, they didn't think it would happen. They fricked themselves.

If they had all said 15-0 they would have something to bitch about. Now they just simmer to themselves and get pissed off about other stuff.

My prediction before we got Burrow was 7-5. I shifted to 8-4 after he signed. The only game I was wrong about was Auburn. Thought we'd lose a close one there. ::pats self on the back::

You have a shite memory Most of the "haters" said LSU is too good to have so many losses. Pumpers were pumping up how hard the schedule was, the lack of returning talent, etc. Basically making every excuse for LSU to not win.

i know you consider myself that, and i damn sure said 8-4/9-3. I think Goldie and Lunatic said similarly.

that thread was from June 2018.

I am also trying to figure out how someone saying LSU would go 7-5 3 months before the season started means they were disappointed by 10-3.

https://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/lsu-sports/athlon-predicts-lsus-wins-and-losses/77131603/

Almost half way down the page.

"We lost to troy, State, and a Notre dame team that lost to Miami. We also lost our QB, top 2 RB, and top 2 receivers. Too many unknowns to say were definitely better than Miami"

This hater couldn't stand anyone saying LSU had a slim chance in the first game.

Because the OP is so in the tank for O he has created this narrative that you are with O or against him. No criticism is allowed. Anyone that questioned the hire or any moves made by O at any point makes you hater. Because he would rather be right more than anything he just assumes everyone else is the same

I predicted 10-2 this time last year. I figured we’d lose to UGA and Bama, but beat UF and A&M.

What's the issue here? I think that was a fairly reasonable take at the time. All he was saying is that there were quite a few question marks going into last year - too many for him to say we would definitely be better than Miami. Obviously with the benefit of hindsight we know for sure that we were quite a bit better than Miami. I cant really speak for everyone but I thought Miami was overrated and we'd beat them. That said I didn't think they were THAT overrated. They ended up being straight up bad and their coach fired himself

See here’s a great insight into his mentality. The post he’s referring to was on June 6, 2018. How long had Burrow been here then? Literally a week maybe 2? But because that poster at that time didn’t think LSU would beat Miami, Ree extrapolates that he is a hater that can’t stand someone saying LSU could win. It’s ridiculous but shows his mentality more than others.

You would have to look at the post I was replying to. He said all the haters were saying LSU was too good to finish as projected. That was a post in a thread I already had open that pretty much said the opposite.
