To me it seems unlikely the SEC would put media days in a city that has absolutely no connection to the SEC.

New Orleans host the Sugar Bowl- direct tie in to the SEC

Atlanta- host the SEC championship and Peach Bowl

Both cities have direct ties to the SEC

The only reason the SEC championship was put in Atlanta was to avoid having a fanbase travel to the same city twice in a month since the SEC champion automatically would go to New Orleans. That is no longer the case, so the game should be rotated.

Just include adequate body armor and private security in the budget. Unless and until NOLA elects a mayor who will bring lawfulness back, if you were a CEO, would you select NOLA to bring your family and organization to? Think of the risk and public outrage if someone got mugged, hurt or killed.

Media days were in Dallas last year.

I was just about to say this.

Needs to rotate.

Atlanta, Nashville, New Orleans , Dallas

Media days & SEC championship game should be on a rotation.

100%, at least for the SECCG.

Who cares where Media Days is? Do spectators actually buy tickets and go to that?

It’s just as connected as Atlanta. Historically maybe moreso.
