The Big12 is statistically very good this year and was objectively rated above the SEC most of the season. On top of that they play Arky OOC (who we haven't played YET).

The best team they played was a SEC team.

Anyone who thinks the sec is down this year is a Meauxron. Teams like Miss State ,South Carolina, Kentucky and Arkansas are better than usual. Even Auburn and LSU from the last 2 or 3 years.

Thanks for the insult. The SEC East is down this year, and I think that weighs down the conference. MooSt and SC are better this year, but not national players.

-Auburn replaced Alabama/Florida the past 2 years

-LSU replaced Florida/Alabama the past 2 years

-Arkansas/South Carolina has replaced LSU/Georgia for third in SEC the past 2 years

-Miss St has replaced Tenn/Auburn for 4-5th best in league.

-Florida has replaced Auburn for 5-6th best in league

-Georgia has replaced Ole Miss for 6-7th best in league

Kentucky is better and Vandy is Vandy.

THE CONFERENCE "IS NOT" DOWN. THE BALANCE OF POWER HAS SHIFTED

And the good teams are better than they were before. When you get this many good teams playing each other, the losses will begin to rack up.

Bama and Florida have been undefeated or one lose between the two the past 2 years because they had no competition!

Every other team was 2-3 losses away from both of them at least.

but was listening to it on ESPN radio at work. It was mentioned at least 5 times that A&M had the toughest schedule in the nation.

ESPN radio?? What do those boneheads know?? Amazing the B.S. ESPN can spit out of their mouths...A&M started the season against SFA, La. Tech & Florida International!! Wow, what a bunch of power house football progams...if anything, A&M should be embarrased with such a weak start to their season, & then the Big 12 is weak this year as well...

What?

How was that hard to understand?

All of the computer polls objectively rank conferences. Most of the season, the Big 12 has been #1. On top of that, Texas A&M played a tough OOC team in Arkansas.

And FWIW, the Colley rankings (which are objective) have LSU with #31 hardest schedule and A&M at #4.

Tough teams? Who is to say?? What have any of these teams done on a national scale? Hell, Nebraska got stomped by lowly Texas. What real signature wins do each of these teams have??
