Yeskie calls a lot of swinging strikes, which makes some sense, but our guys don’t have enough control. It puts a lot of pressure on our guys and causes us to throw a lot of extra pitches.

I'm not one for moral victories but if we just kept some of these games close with A&M I could see some light in the season, but this is going to be 3 straight arse kickings at home

I'm going to have to agree on this. I love Jay but this season is on him. Horrible roster evaluations as he said. He'll fix it next year. I'm pretty close to thinking this team is done if they don't do anything in the next week.

Every pitcher on this roster that was here from last year has regressed except maybe Schmidt. I think defense has contributed to this though.
