He had 192 as a freshmen, already up to 229 his sophomore year. He has been an absolute monster so far has clearly been our most improved receiver along with chase. Reminds me of a faster Michael Thomas is always open with strong hands

Well, he wasn't a starter last year...

I'd rather see Jefferson's stats last year vs this year.

He was also dealing with an injury all year.

He needs to be given 75 bonus yards for that awesome sideline catch Saturday.

Per game average:

2018: 4 receptions for 67 yards, (16.2 YPC), and 0.5 TDs
2019: 6 receptions for 125 yards, (19.7 YPC), and 1.3 TDs

So his season on pace for 13 games would be:

2018: 54 receptions for 875 yards, (16.2 YPC), and 6 TDs
2019: 82 receptions for 1,621 yards, (19.7 YPC), and 17 TDs

Those projected numbers would rank the following on LSU's single season records:

REC - 2nd, (Josh Reed had 94 in 2001)
YDS - 2nd, (Josh Reed had 1,740 in 2001)
YPC - 2nd, (Eric Martin had 20.5 in 1983) - *Min 50 catches
YPG - 2nd, (Josh Reed had 145.0 in 2001) - SEC Record
TDs - 1st, (Dwayne Bowe holds the record with 12 in 2006)

** Terrace Marshall is on pace for 26 TDs over 13 games

Marsahll was the top rated receiver in teh country entering his senior year before his serious ankle injury. His rehab has taken a litle longer but he is now showing why he was rated so highly. He has all you want in a receiver and the combination with the other receivers is a defensive nightmare.
