Teams with open date prior to playing LSU

I'm not sure how this compares to other SEC teams this season, but LSU will face 3 SEC teams in 2018 with an open date prior to our game.
Alabama, Arkansas & Mississippi St all have 2 weeks to prepare for the Tigers.
Out of conference, there are 2 more open dates & one 9 day preparation period.
Miami (of course - opening game) & La Tech have open dates & SELU had 9 days to prepare for LSU as they played on a Thursday night the week before. Rice plays La Tech before LSU
Additionally, Auburn, Ole Miss & TAMU play Alabama ST, Kent St & UAB respectively prior to playing the Tigers.
Florida plays Miss St & Georgia plays Vandy prior to LSU.
As if the schedule isnt hard enough, almost everyone we play, minus Florida & Georgia, will get a pretty good rest the week before. Thanks SEC!

The schedule is a gauntlet, we knew this going in.

It’s a hellstorm, that’s for sure. Gotta beat the best to be the best.
Think of how nice it’ll be to be on even footing in the conference championship and playoffs as far as having the same amount of time to prep, though.

Yep. I brought this up a while back before the season started. Not only do we have a tough schedule but it's even tougher because of this.

Sec is no joke. Sucks drawing UGA but it is what it is. Talent is their to win these games

We played SELA, La Tech, and Rice before Auburn, Ole Miss and TAMU.
