Teams have to blow their wad to beat Skenes

Tenn blew their ace and best reliever just as Arky did last week. It really sets us up for the rest of the weekend especially if it doesn't pay off for them. Tennessee obviously has a much deeper staff than arkansas but just wanted to point out how much Skenes is doing for us

Every team is going to pitch their ace on Friday and if the game is winnable throw there best reliever on Friday also.

I mean you're right but we just threw our ace, threw our best reliever, and threw a guy we were gonna depend on who left hurt. So the situation isn't much different going forward except its 1-0

Their best reliever threw 50 pitches and is likely done. Ours is not.

Tenn has a better bull pen. Yes they pitched 2 of their top dudes but they have plenty. Edwards should be able to come back Sat and close if needed.

But our best reliever can come back Sunday considering he only threw 25ish pitches. There’s threw 50+ he’s done for the weekend.
If Ack is ok then our bullpen is just as strong tomorrow as it was today.
That being said Tennessee’s starting rotation is better than ours. We need our bullpen more than them.
