TCU concessions were well run

Only positive from today. It was a breath of fresh air to see clean bathrooms, good concession food and service.
And it’s so easy to do.. like they didn’t roll out the red carpet. Just follow some of the steps TCU made to renovate their basketball experience

I went to the UK game this year and as much as I hate to admit it the concessions were a pleasant experience. The girl was very sweet and they even had Tabasco pepper sauce packets for my chicken strips. I guess it's just the amount of people at the football games that make it difficult.
