Takeaways from Saturday moving forward:

- Our run defense will hold up against most. Pass rush needs to improve outside of PWill
- Our corners played really well, Trinidad is just an alien.
- FEED WINNIE.
- Borderlon is just plain bad. Look for Harper to get the start at LG next week.
- We’re too predictable with Grace out there. I look to see more 4 wide sets with TD out.
- Jayce Brown looks slow compared to everybody else.
- Leavitt needs to improve passing, but it’s not all bad. He showed guts on Saturday night and played his arse off.
- We got punched in the mouth in the most hostile environment we will be in all year and didn’t roll over and quit. That alone inspires a ton of confidence in this team moving forward.
The sky isn’t falling, Leavitt will improve, and I still see a 10-2 year.

We will go as far as Leavitt will let us is the main point.
I thought the D played well given the circumstances...they were on the field the entire first half and we do have a problem with 4 man rushes especially since it didnt seem like there were any wrinkles. We seemed to just rush 4 straight at them every time, I didn't see many twists etc.
We better figure out our WR situation because with Treydez out we are pretty thin with real talent it seems especially a go to 3rd down guy.
We can absolutely reach 10-2 but we can't lose this weekend. I don't see us taking all 3 of Bama, Texas and Tenn

Leavitt needs to hit routine throws. That’s the entire crux of the offensive issues.
If he can’t we either need to replace him or the offense will be very disjointed at times.

I actually thought PJ played well when they weren’t playing him 5-10 yards off the receiver. If I’m being honest, I want to see us play more nickel and move him inside with Jackson playing outside while spears is hurt.

No reason to spit vitriol at the kid man. He’s just not an SEC caliber player, it’s not his fault and I don’t think he’s loafing it out there.

I genuinely do not believe that is why he is playing. We basically scrapped our entire offensive line from last year and filled it in with the best we could find in the market. But we still don’t have a lot of depth.
