Holy shite, and Jefferson and his interception and three fumbles and two surrenders of the ball to Bama in the NC game Wasn't falling apart enough to put Lee in the game like Jefferson did when Lee screwed up in Bama 1?

Has it never crossed your mind that maybe Les just didn't have enough trust in Lee against Alabama. Did Jefferson play well? No, and no one is arguing that. But all these bullshite rumors are out of control.

GK's opinion of LSU changed in the last eight days, there's no denying that.

Do you have a quote from him saying this?

His opinion of Indiana changed about a month ago too then I guess.

The Kiel's opinion of having their son play so far away from home changed in the last 2 days. That's the only thing anyone knows

I have said nothing about rumors but that they detract from the real issue at play here, namely why you put the wood to the 2nd best QB in effeciency in the SEC at one point, who brought you to 8-0, is a senior, and never saw but a few snaps afterwards to redeem himself in his senior year, a year he really didn't have to come back for, but stuck it out anyway. If that doesn't make you sick, then you are without hope.

Two most important things from interview:
1) Last Monday was the first game that T-Bob didn't take any snaps.
2) The coaching staff made it clear to the team that JJ was the man.

And yes, the silly internet rumor is illogical.

Would have liked to have asked him about the mood at halftime, what was different from the gameplan and what we saw if anything, why were we told that Lee would get snaps early... was that really in the gameplan?

I think people are tring to make to much of all this... CLM made mistake... he desided to stick with on below average to average QB over the other... Both preformed poorly against bama.... he should have given the other a chance but didn't.. oh well lets keep whinning and complaining... it will turn back time....

SHUT UP ALREADY...Stop making a conspricy out of this... Its simple CLM liked the moble average guy to the other..... period how many time would he have to say it.... sometimes the truth is there and you people look for crap... Lee had his chance to pull away from JJ an didn't he played bad against the same D on 11/5.. Yes he still should have played but damn its the coaches call a coach that will be the winnest coach in lsu history in a few years.... let him run the team he's done pretty good so far i mean you people are acting like we just went 2-10 and not 13-1.....

TBob: Rumors are not true nor rational. (He did use the word "irrational" to describe this BS.)

I linked the audio to the interview a few pages back. It is not long. Listen for yourself rather than read the "there must be a hidden message" posts happening here.

You know I don't have quotes from GK. Im free to draw my own conclusions.

And I would say yes. In his opinion LSU was a better fit for him than Indiana 10 days ago when he verbally committed. So you're right I guess.

This is what is so crazy about this place and LSU fans. So many put themselves in Lee's shoes and will continue to say he got shafed. You refuse to look at it from any other perspective or use any other logic than what you have determined to already be true.
You have no clue what was going on with the team, Lee, Jefferson, or the coaches. But you will continue to stick to your guns and claim Lee never got a chance a redemption (and you have no clue if deserved that shot).

And just to add, Jefferson's effeciency rating was pretty much on par with Lee's until we faced top-notch defenses. And Lee was less efficient against that same Alabama defense. Both QB's are mediocre at best. Les stuck with the one he had more trust in.

Actually, I might be one of the few on this thread who actually has perspective.

I don't appreciate the manner in which Jarrett Lee was treated by Les after the Bama game where he was given zero chances to come back from a bad game, even in those games where the game was locked up, and STILL Miles refused to give JL any playing time. In the Senior game, NO LEE, in the SECCG NO LEE, and even when Jefferson surrendered the ball TWICE against Bama in the NCG, the same number Lee surrendered against Bama 1, STILL NO LEE. What the hell am I supposed to draw from sticking it to a senior starting QB for LSU who brought you to the National Championship game in the first place, whithout who YOU WOULDN'T EVEN BE IN THE GAME to compete?

You people, and your absurd loyalty to stupidity simply because it dresses up in purple and gold is exactly what clouds your perspective. I simply don't appreciate on a HUMAN level what was done to Jarrett Lee, and even though he's handled it like a complete gentleman which I expected nothing less BTW, I still know it eats at him as it would anyone who did so much for this program this year.

I think most of us agree with every bit of this but the main point is what the frick do you actually want? Again, Miles has given answers as to why all of the above happened but you don't like the answers.

Then explain why Lee was denied any playing time in mop up duty after the Bama game, even in those games where we had it locked up.
