Orgeron is my 2b choice. #1- Herman #2a-Chris Petersen #2b-Orgeron

It's messed up but the Bama game could make or break Os chances as head coach. If we win the SEC I'm pretty sure they don't have a choice. People would riot if they tried to get someone else .

Lane won't even see baton rouge, he will be a head coach next year at another school. You can bet that

Very likely , and he will embarrass himself again imo .

Coach Orgeron has alot of coaches lined up for that offensive coordinator job. I think Major Applewhite would be the perfect fit.

Don't care what it looks like, but I'm sure it will be rock hard.

i've seen that and was looking to see if other schools had this position also. what does he do? i did a search about how LSU got him back from USC but not sure about his role. he also have done some work with recruits. His pay is not bad either lol

He gets the job by winning. His winning hinges on the production on offense, for which Ensminger is responsible. Hence if he gets the job, he will keep Ensminger as OC. Who else could have taken a total failure of an offense and produce this quickly in mid season.

my bad man i was talking about Austin Thomas. i remember when he left for USCw and fans was upset and then somehow we got him back and most recent he had a major role in JaCoby Stevens a 5 star safety and was wondering what does he do on the staff. i see his title and I've seen posters say things like he is just as important as our Recruiting Coordinator.

Idk why you guys think Kiffin is leaving Bama for another college OC job.

I've liked his philosophy, how much he's learned from previous coaching experiences and so far it's working. He MAY be able to handle a 1 year HC contract. If he's Alleva tells him throw money for an elite/ace OC, he could bring those returning players together into the scariest team in the SEC. That returning talent is incredible.
A lot of wishful thinking. My gut tells me whatever decision is made that it'll be the right one. Alleva's gone if it's not.

Anybody know if Aranda is WILLING to stay...
While the next 4 games will shed light on the situation, I think everyone is all in for Aranda to stay - my big question, is Aranda 'all in' to stay? My biggest coaching staff concern is someone will come calling to throw gobs of money at him. Does he like BR? Is his family happy? Does he see more time at LSU as good experience and exposure for his desired next step? I hope the answers are 'yes' and we keep him around!

My inside info says that if Orgeron isnt kept(for whatever reason) that Aranda is what TAF wants as the second option. I guess hes making a big impression on the people on the inside.
