If LSU plays Boise, the result will be utter devastation.

I think the BCS results this week showed us that it will be Bama. I rather play Boise.

Moore is a more accurate passer than any Qb in the sec
He will get more pressure and hit a lot more by LSU but he is a precision passer

I say Oklahoma, but I'll give a reason:
Everyone in the media the past couple of days keeps talking about Alabama having the better LOSS, which is true. Their loss is much better than OU's loss.
But if OU beats #2 Okie St., they will have a much better WIN than anything Bama has done this year and would have won their conference.
When you throw in the fairness aspect of LSU's reward for beating Bama on the road would be having to win the SEC title game for the right to play Bama again at a neutral site, I think it definitely leans in Oklahoma's favor.
That said, I fully believe that Bama is the 2nd best team in the country, but in the aforementioned scenario, Bama would not be the 2nd most accomplished team in the country.

Boise State's computer ranking is the big variable.
If Georgia beats Auburn and Georgia Tech, they have a win over a top 15 team.
If Tulsa upsets Houston(and beats the other two teams it is favored over), they have a win over a 15-20 ranked team.
If TCU finishes with just 3 losses(very likely), they have a win over 30-35 team.
And Nevada and Toledo are both resting around 50th right now. Strong finishes from them could put them in the top 20.
I would think 4 wins over top 40 teams, with two of them coming over top 20 teams could get them in. Bear in mind, Tulsa beating Houston is very unlikely. I see their hopes resting on that game, Georgia-Auburn, and Georgia-Ga Tech. Obviously, Georgia beating LSU would help in a very big way.

Great point. That is key. Will the voters take who they think deserves it or what they think will be the best game. I think a little of both.

We already beat Bama. Absolutely no reason to play them again.
Boise St gets the slot.

I used to work with a Boise grad. You guys have absolutely no idea how sincerely they believe they can win in the SEC week in and week out.
To make things worse that was the year when they defeated OU in Fiesta and I had to endure a lot of told you so.

I would like to see Boise State get in. It just sends the right message that teams outside the money conferences if undefeated can have a shot at the national championship. As for Alabama we've f*&ked that monkey already.

games are won on the line. LSU would absolutely destroy this team.

I would fricking love to be the one to shut their fricking mouths.
And by the one, I mean the one sitting in a chair doing nothing but yelling.

I say Boise if they are the only other undefeated. If we could just get them and destroy them then maybe we don't hear all the complaints about how they get "screwed" out of the national championship.
Bama lost at home to us they should be out. Not to mention if you aren't the best team in your conference then how can you be the best in the country? Personally I think they are the 2nd best team in the country, but with this system I think you should have to win your conference to compete for the national championship.

1. I think Alabama is the second best team in the country, hands down.
2. I think they'd deserve a rematch, but at the same time, what if they won the NC over LSU? We'd both have the same record, and our only losses would be to each other, except they'd get the trophy. Actually, LSU would have one extra win from winning the SEC championship game. That wouldn't make sense, which is why I think it would be best to not have them play for the NC.
3. I would love if LSU humbled Boise in the National Championship game.
