Would be impossible If they are ranked below us, which they probably/possibly would be after 2 losses, 1 of which is going to be A blowout agains a team we battled 10-0

It's been a very emotional day, we as fans deserve to get the sugar after all the shite we've been put through this year

Geaux Vandy (even though I have UT-7 on my parlay)

I'm guessing Auburn goes if Tennessee loses. They'd have to drop a decent amount which probably won't happen

There's a chance but I think it'd still go to Auburn or Florida. Probably Auburn.

If you think UF would go with two losses you're an idiot. Only team we might not jump is AU. It's still worth pulling for Vandy tonight to see

If Florida loses to Florida State and Bama and Vandy upsets Tennnessee it will come down to LSU and Aurburn and how they are ranked by the playoff committee.

I think Aurburn will stay ahead of LSU because of the head to head match up.

UF getting beat twice + Vandy upset makes it possible.

I think UF being in the East and ending with 2 losses will take them out of the picture.

Will be hard to put us in over Auburn though.

Comparison:
-Auburn has the head to head
-Auburn has a terrible loss to Georgia
-Auburn loss to Bama was worse than ours
-Auburn loss to A&M, who LSU beat
-All of LSU's losses were very close
-LSU ends the season with a win, Auburn with a loss

So...long shot.

LSU
It’s not often a four-loss team sneaks into the Sugar Bowl — in fact, it hasn’t happened since four-loss Florida State was invited 14 years ago (the Seminoles lost to Georgia, 26-13) — but there’s a surprisingly easy path to New Orleans for the Tigers. If LSU beats Texas A&M on Thanksgiving night, Auburn loses the Iron Bowl to Alabama and Florida loses its final two games to Florida State and Alabama (all expected results), Louisiana State would have an excellent shot at the bid. If Tennessee loses to Vanderbilt this weekend, then LSU would have the bid locked up.

Should LSU win and then get shut out of the Sugar Bowl, the Citrus Bowl (Orlando, vs. ACC/Big Ten) seems like the most likely option for Ed Orgeron’s sendoff. The Outback Bowl (Tampa, vs. Big Ten) and the TaxSlayer Bowl (Jacksonville, vs. ACC/Big Ten) are also potential landing spots.

The committee seems to be irrational in picking teams so we may have a chance at jumping AU haha

maybe Orgeron can lobby the rankings committee guys to rank us ahead of Auburn... He's smooth.

Don't forget that If it comes down to that and it's really serious on how to rank LSU vs Auburn, how much weight will they put into "new season" for LSU and somewhat discount that early loss based on Orgeron

Yeah, because qualifications aren't based on merit anymore. The are based on the fact that we've had it rough, and how we are feeling.
