frick all this talk about taking student tickets away....we are the students the representation of this university it is our right i'd say more than anybody else's (with MAYBE the exception of alumni) to watch the game's considering we pay to attend this fine institution it should be our fricking right to watch OUR team play

Easy chief. No one in this thread has said anything about taking students away other than the STUDENTS accusing alumni of wanting this...

the best part is you guys are seriously up in arms over some beach balls and getting bent out of shape because someone doesnt agree with you and wants to get your blood pumping.

I dont care if you like the SS, i dont care what you think, im gonna do my thing till they tell me i cant,

until then i will laugh at the hilarity of true classic rantards

Alright, I have no fricking idea what you're talking about. I'm an alumnus, and the student section is an absolute MUST in TS! I still try to sneak in every game The alumni that bitch are probably the uppity, snobby, bitchy legislators that get free tickets and whose section is right next to the students. These are the absolute worst fans. I had to sit with them last night.

This is mainly who I am talking about. It was bad last year. It's not as bad this year, but then again, it's only the 3rd home game of the year.

quote:

Damn...I forgot how "the world is out to get me" teenagers were I don't know a single alumnus who doesn't like the student or the student section of TS. Are you saying people "don't like" you because of the profanity and the tomfoolery?

Not a teen-ager any more but sure. And no, I'm not saying that. I think that is probably part of it, but I would agree that most of the alumnus DOES like the student section, it's just that the ones who do not like the Student Section are the ones that are always heard (at least by the students). My dad has told me of a few people that has voiced some complaints and last year there were quite a few letters in the Daily Reveille.

yeah revolution just playing... sorry got a little carried away there but still I understand where guys are coming from I hate seeing people leave especially students in the student section when you hear half of them bitch about how much better the studnet section is than the rest of TS but still I still hold the opinion that we are the most rightful ticket holders as students of the given institution do all of us always act accordingly hell no which is a shame but I for one as I said stay for the whole game...so once again and frick nick saban, USC and all other college football affiliated things that I hold hatred for and cannot recall at teh moment

You haven't done anything to get my blood pumping...I've actually been as relaxed as I've ever been in the past week...

If you're going to use the term ranter, use it right. In that case, you would be describing yourself for "flaming" or attempting to flame people because of their disagreement with you.

I completely agree, but...

to NOT study 22 hours/day to get into a grad level school

grad school is different than professional school...its statistically more difficult to land a spot in professional school because there are many, many more grad school spots in the country...

anyway...my point is that GPA does matter and its not always "who you know"...and I can sympathize with someone having to study saturday night AND wanting to see some of the game...

Oh I don't care...as long as its the band playing or the crowd cheering!!

Unlike Auburn where the band might be playing or the crowd cheering and they turn the PA on...

grad school/professional school-you know what i meant.

and it's a hell of a lot easier than you think. if you have to study on a saturday night-you're just not smart enough, so why bother?
why not just cheat/handshake your way in and enjoy more of your life? a lot less stress/anxiety. try it.

There's a difference between having self confidence and being a complete jackass...which you are portraying.
