i almost got into it with some guy who knew dick about football but got pissed at me for yelling after a big offensive play on the last drive against AU last year. he flipping FLIPPED out and was like "YOU DON'T YELL ON OFFENSE!!!!!"

Further support for my previous post.

Or that everyone is watching a fricking $0.10 ball be hit around than our team...not to mention knocking people over to hit a ball because its cool...

Now, you are rewarded for attending the way games, which already gives you a leg up on those who can't/won't attend away games. All that matters is competitive rankings. The number of points themselves don't matter. So why you want more points? Want to be rewarded for making the trips to Auburn and Florida in even years so you can skip one of the "bad" games at home? Kinda defeats the purpose of the priority point concept.
you're missing the big picture. by rewarding points for away games AND home games-the true fans will get the bowl game tickets they deserve by driving up attendance across the board because people will want to earn the most points they can to guarantee earning bowl tickets.
and the tradition of lsu fan road travel keeps living on.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE AMERICA, THEN YOU CAN JUST GIIIIT OUT!

honestly if you dont like it then get off the board
No thanks.
Seriously though...you're an embarrassment to your University. Quit, and transfer to ULL where you belong.

I thought it was a bit lame when people were batting around a beach ball with RJF lying on the ground. I'm a big fan of chanting an injured player's name.

Atrocity. RJF will eat these people.

the student section is awesome and they're the only ones in the entire stadium who have their priorities straight.

So during a 3 minute commercial break, you'd rather hit a beachball or start the wave than talk to someone next to you about the game??
Well I can talk to my friends at home, but can't do the wave with 92,000 people at home. But anyway, this is pointless to argue.
Can you people please stop bitching about the cheers. At the SEC championship, there were tennessee students doing the LSU cheers because they were fun and at the National Champ game, Ohio St. students admitted to wishing they interacted with their band as much as we do although they have the "best damn band in the land"

Umm....you do realize they already do this? You get points for attending away games. So the folks who attend both home and away games are already a lock for the bowl tickets. But people seem to want the away games to count for more...and I wanted to know why. Is it so you can jizz over how many points you have, or so you can skip some home games?

im willing to bet you werent the most liked guy among your group of friends back in your "college" days
Your probably either an engineer or business major who is so serious about everything that you cant just let someone else enjoy doing something they want to do. BIG DEAL YOU DONT LIKE IT, I dont like the rest of the stadium sitting down the entire game. Is there anything i can do about it? No, i cant.
So please just got watch your Obama videos and think about how awesome he will be at president

they didn't do it at the time was my original point.
and if you missed home games, then you won't have the max points you can earn. earning the points isn't about jizzing all over yourself. it's about making sure you have the max amount and assure yourself a ticket in the far too limited ticket allotment. myself and everyone i went to lsu games with a student would have made damn sure to have the most points to guarantee a bowl game ticket as opposed to maybe just having enough.

i didn't even go to the game. im talking about the students who left in the 3rd and 4th quarter to go chase some tail or seal the deal with their date. if i were 10 years younger I'd have done the same thing.

i have more pride and respect for this university than you ever will, you know nothing about me so please just STFU. Ive done things to represent this university at the local, state, and national level, that make this Great School what it is, so go back to your 9-5 dog making a mediocre salary with your wife 2 kids and job and let the students be students, stop trying to relive what you missed in college because you were too serious when you were here.
