While I was requesting away game tickets for next season it came to my attention that I have 20 priority points less than what I expected. Apparently LSU thinks I did not attend the MSU game. Anyone know if I bitch and moan enough will I still be able to get those points back, or is the ticket office super anal about this stuff?

I did attend, with my ID and ticket in hand.

They give you a week long deadline after every game to check your points aand make sure you got credit. You just got screwed there cause I know I rarely check the week after the game. Id call if I were you just to see what they say. Wouldn't hurt

From my experience with the ticket office about that same thing, I would say no. You have a window of about 3-5 days after they post the points to notify them if they are not correct. After that time I don't think they hear any objections to what recorded on your account. I don't guess calling and asking about the matter will hurt though.

They gave you clear rules at the beginning of the season. You chose not to follow them.

As those have said, you can always ask politely and see what they say.

Yes thank you, as I said I wasn't expecting the system to not count me. I didn't follow the system, but it's a pretty poor system.

Be glad you're on a point system and not one like Bama that takes into account credit hours. So a student who has undergrad, grad, and pursuing a PhD and hasn't been to a game in 4 years has NCG tickets over the sophomore that's made every home/away game.

Makes sense from their point of view though. Oh you've given the university $100,000? Sure you can get tickets before some sophomore who's only paid $10,000

Oh I'm not complaining about the priority points, I'm for the most part a fan of that. The fact that we have to check to see if LSU made an error is what bothers me. It would not be overly difficult to set up an automated email every time we are swiped into a sporting event.

Get your state representative father to propose a law that you get your priority points.

What would be a guess as to how many priority points will be needed for a Georgia ticket?

Hey Golfer, quick question for you, what is your best guess for cut off for Lower level Bama student section this year? My "student ticket" has me at 180 from last year (all home games, all away games minus bowl game), you think I'm good?

At least 160, probably 166ish. I have 177 and I applied for UGA and TCU
